Registration Documents, Medical Records
All missing medical and registration documents are due in the school office by October 14th. State of Illinois law requires exclusion from school if proper immunization records are not on file. This includes all preschool, kindergarten, 6th graders and students new to St. John Fisher this year. If you have any questions, please call Mrs. Nealis in the school office at 773-445-4737.
Emergency Cards
Thank you everyone. All emergency cards have been returned to the school office for this 2011-2012 school year.
Forgotten Lunches, Homework, Gym Clothes
Children are not allowed to call home for forgotten lunches, nor are parents permitted to bring forgotten lunches to school. Lunch food items are always available in the Kane Hall lunch room for a nominal fee that can be paid the next day. (Please see p.18 in the Parent-Student Handbook).
In any effort to develop a responsible attitude on behalf of the student, we ask that other items such as homework and gym clothes also not be brought to the office. Thank you.
Where is your child going after school?
Please be sure your students know, in the morning, where they are going after school if it differs from their normal routine.
