St. Baldrick
Dear Parent and Shavee,
A few important reminders about Friday.
1. You MUST be registered on the St. Baldrick website.
2. You MUST have a shavee id number to participate on Friday. Without pre-registration, you will NOT be able to participate on Friday. Please bring the registration id number with you on Friday.
3. You should have received two envelopes in your package after registering on -line. Please bring those envelopes with you on Friday. Please make certain that the front of the envelope is completely filled out. IF you have had credit card donations on- line, you do not include that in your envelope. If you registered late and did not receive the envelopes, see Mrs. Hughes by Wednesday.
4. For every check donation, please make certain the check is written to St. Baldrick and that the shavee id number and the name of the shavee are written in the MEMO section of each check.
5. For EVERY check donation that is collected by you, YOU must fill out the attached form for EVERY check that is collected (sorry!). You can download the form from the St. Baldrick website or see Mrs. Hughes for copies prior to Thursday. EACH CHECK MUST HAVE A FORM, SHAVEE NAME, ID NUMBER AND THE FORM PAPER CLIPPED TO THE CHECK. THIS NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO GETTING YOUR HEAD SHAVED. IT MUST BE COMPLETED AT HOME.
6. If you turned in your permission form by the due date, you will receive a t-shirt that day. Anyone that turned in the permission form after March 3rd will not be able to receive a t-shirt through Saint John Fisher School. Sorry-St. Baldrick needed the number of shirts by March 3rd.
SHAVEE TIMES
TIMES ARE TENTATIVE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF SHAVERS WE WILL HAVE ON FRIDAY. AS OF TODAY, WE HAVE 14 SHAVERS. WE MAY BE AHEAD IN A TIME SLOT OR BE BEHIND IN A TIME SLOT. PARENTS-Please know that you are welcome to join us! Please be aware that times are tentative and your child may be shaved earlier or later than what is posted. We just received news that FOX NEWS is scheduled to be at SJF around 9:30 am with Patrick Elwood!

10:00-10:30 am Seventh and Eighth Grade
